Details:
Built on a stepped site on the edge of downtown Bellevue, the design incorporated formal garden spaces and large rooftop deck spaces. A planted pond area was required for storm water at the bottom of the site. The defining feature of the site is the vegetated retaining wall separating the buildings from the Eastrail, providing a beautiful and natural living wall visible from the pedestrian trail system.
