Creating density within the urban core of downtown Kirkland, this project provided luxury housing with stunning views and walkable access to shopping, restaurants and the amenities within the downtown core. Significant effort was taken to work around and save the existing mature native trees on site, allowing us to maintain some of the historic tree canopy in an increasingly dense neighborhood.
